ALPINE GARDEN SOCIETY - East Lancashire Local Group

Founded in December 1986, the East Lancashire Group has developed into one of the foremost alpine groups in the country, holding regular monthly meetings (usually on a Monday evening at 7.45pm). BRANDLESHOLME WARRIORS JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB

RAMSBOTTOM HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY

Ramsbottom Horticultural Society has 3 shows a year, the exhibits include flowers, plants, vegetables, handicrafts, eggs, confectionary, wines, junior and novice sections. Running, helping out or just taking part in these shows is always enjoyable and very rewarding.
The society also runs a Trading Hut Scheme on the Peel Brow Allotments for the members of Ramsbottom Horticultural Society, it stocks fertilisers, compost, sand, seed potatoes, onion sets and many, many more general gardening products, it is well worth a visit.
